So had planned on doing Run 3 of Week 6 after work but woke with aching legs and shivers, really want to get out tomorrow as it will be 4 days since run 2 and don't want to start going backwards, fingers crossed.

You will be fine...absolutely no point in going out if you feel rubbish as you simply won’t be able to complete a run.
