Wow! “This is more of a mental than a physical challenge” is what my good mate Michael Johnson told me before today’s run, and to my surprise he was absolutely right (not that he’s been wrong at all so far!).
I did my longest continuous run so far with two reps of 8 minutes. I only needed 2.5 minutes until I was fully recovered between them. I couldn’t believe it!
I know it will be a challenge but I’m feeling very excited and hopeful for Run 3, a continuous 20 minutes of running. But for now I am ready for a long bath!

I just completed tbis run too! I really pushed myself to run my fastest towards the end (my last minute of the second run) and couldn’t believe that I made it! Also feeling excited for the next run- a big challenge but massive accomplishment I hope! Good luck!
I just put my faith in Michael - if he tells me I can do it, I trust him! Enjoy W5, R3 - it's a real turning point. When you complete it you'll feel AMAZING!
