Well I've been out for WK4r2 tonight and spent most of the time skating on the snow. Lol I have managed 2.4 miles tonight thou. Found it very easy once I could control the sliding. The cold air was burning the lungs a bit but I worked through that. This program really works. I'm running 16 minutes now and proud of it too. Used my new toy as well tonight which is very accurate and uses no chest strap for HR. Bring on run 3. But can I have no snow please.

I have a garmin forerunner 305 which I use for biking which is good but the Tomtom doesn't need a chest strap as it uses 2 leds underneath to measure your heart rate and its damn acurate and more comfortable than the garmin. For running I would go tomtom but biking I'd go garmin. You can use it on a treadmill to as it has in built g sensors :)

What does it do and how much does it cost? (thinking of selling out and getting technofied!)

This one records heart rate without a strap and the GPS measures the distance and plots it on a map and shows u calories used height you've climbed and syncs with ur iPhone etc cost £220 but you can get one without the heart rate bit for £99 now. I got mine for £200 as did a deal when I brought my new shoes so got 10% off. It's very good and gives you a boost as it tells you how fast you've done each mile /km etc. doesn't make the tea thou. So I think I was cheated lol

Oh. And I was wondering how long it would take me to save up for a £79.99 Garmin! (Would've been easier if I hadn't spent £95 on a pair of jeans last week - oops!)
