Good Morning all wk4 run 2

Well I managed run 1 on wk 4 and now I’m looking forward to my second run off the wk I can’t believe I’ve got hear after not running for 3 yrs 😮. I’m absolutely loving it , I can see my body shrinking in size but I’ve not really losted any weight 😊, but I’m still pleased with how I’m looking !. Good luck all you runs today 🍀👍x

You're toning your body!!! Muscle weighs more than fat! I don't see a difference yet in physical body, but mentally I do!! :)

Vlmiller1225 I must say my partner looked at me today and said he can see a big difference in my body shape 👌😮I’ve noticed in my cloths that they are much looser so I’m so happy with that and a much a happier person since running to , I’ve completed my run today it felt a little easier for me as I slowed down the pace !!! X

It's amazing what a few weeks of exercise/running can do to a person!! :) I can't wait to see how the next 4 weeks go now!

Yes me to I feel so alive and happier since starting 3 weeks ago I cannot believe I’m back running / jogging again on wk 4 x 😊

Thanks Oldfloss I’m feeling so much more confident now I’ve always loved running so when I was injured I couldn’t run for a long time , I also suffer with anxiety and depression but since starting back I feel on top off the world 🌎. I’m making sure I run slower so I don’t over do it I completed my run today to 👍😃
