Had a lovely run this afternoon, did the Hull parkrun route (all helpfully signposted). The route takes you 2 and a bit times round the lake. Not the fastest run ever (38 ish mins) but really enjoyed it. Well worth a visit to the Hull parkrun if any fellow C25kers are in the area. Also the cafe does an all day veggie breakfast which I intend to try next time !

Glad you enjoyed your run, that's what it's all about. Speed doesn't always matter. A veggie brekkie sounds like a great idea for another day too! X

Well done to you! I think 38 minutes sounds fabulous. I was brought up in Hull and remember many happy hours playing in East Park as a child, so I thought I might go back there for my first park run once I graduate (I'm only on week 5 at the minute but thought it might be good to have something to aim for!). It's lovely around the lake and I'm glad to hear about the breakfast - I'm veggie and that would be very welcome afterwards! You never know, I might see you there one day!

I live in the East Riding, but near Pocklington, so Hull is not going to be my regular place. It sounds like it would be nice to go for a Parkrun one Saturday
