It’s that time of the week! Parkrun time! Have a time of 30.36 to beat that was over a month ago and before I graduated! Should hopefully hammer that time tomorrow!!
29:10 my last time on Sunday past, as was a bit of a hilly route, tomorrow’s is flat.. PB beckons.

I was going to do my graduation run at a park run tomorrow, but unfortunately have to take my other half to a course at 9.30am tomorrow, so have just done my graduation run and will hopefully get to a park run either next Saturday or the Saturday after

Hello! I’m on my 33rd. Only missed 2 since February. Want that 50 shirt! Would love to go sub 29 but that’s a big ask so just a PB if possible. It’s pacers’ week so we’ll see how that goes. Good luck to you!

I’m going to my first tommorow and graduation run going to push to get the 5k in under 30 hope I can do it I have been close a couple of times
I did my 7th Parkrun this morning after graduating in August. First time was 34.33. Gradually getting quicker with each one. Today was 30.33. My target to get under 30! Still not bad anyway for 48 and overweight!! 😁
28.26 I timed today official time should be quicker than that. Delighted as I found it really hard to get my breathing right today and thought I was nowhere near that.
