Bring on Week 2...

Difficult end to the first week of C25K, I decided to do normal route in reverse, forgetting this would be mainly uphill and headwind, anyway onwards and upwards did feel some pain in my shins but hoping this is me getting used to the running again...I have decided against a 2 day break for the weekend and will go at it again on Sunday.

Now for the weekend struggle and keeping the food in check...wish me luck..

The food thing might be easier than you think. Once I started this running thing, every time I feel like doing something insane foodwise (or alcoholwise) I have this nagging person in my head saying why are you doing that to yourself after you've put all that effort into running you idiot?! I have my lapses and I'm not on a diet as such, but it does make me make better choices than I did before.
