Gutted. Had to stop twice. First time it’s beaten me and now I feel really cross with myself. No pain just couldn’t do the distance. Shame as I’m away for the weekend so can’t run again until next Tuesday. 😫

Were you hydrated enough? The one time I failed I’d not had my usual amount of liquid (tea!), I just ran out of steam - was that what happened to you? Don’t worry about the break - you’ll be fine but keep hydrated (on your rest days too). Oh, and always run slowly!!🐌🐌🐌

We've all had runs like that, sometimes there doesn't seem to be a reason for it.

The good news is that the next one is usually much better. And your body might thank you for having a couple of extra days rest and come back stronger.

Have a lovely weekend away 😊

I had this same problem for w7r1 and was so upset! But I went back out today and did run 2 and found it so much better! I think there’s always going to be those days were there’s a struggle, but don’t let it get you down! Have a lovely weekend away and give it another go on Tuesday feeling refreshed and positive!

Keep going. Like alot of posts i see on here...everyone says its mental and so far i agree. I just did W7 R2 tonight and at about 3 mins in i thought "cant do it...body knackered" but another voice reminded youve done it all before. So kept going, no stopping!! The mental stop point seems to get earlier each time for me...so R3 could do me 😊
