Hi all! This is my first post although I have been lurking here for about a week now. I've dealt with moderate asthma for many years however only recently diagnosed. Having finally gotten it under good control, I am happy to say that I finished Week 1 Run 3 yesterday evening! I am feeling really good and having had an attack during any of the runs - which for me is amazing. I've been following everyone's advice so drinking plenty of water, having rest days & fueling my body with the right foods. Looking forward to starting Week 2 on Friday... wish me luck
