Just got back from a wet and windy run to make my first log of the week for Jantastic. It's a good job my daughter bought me a reflective jacket for Christmas as the mornings don't seem to be getting any lighter. I think I know how AliPru felt when she said they could she her from space!

Better be safe than sorry on the roads, I can't help with alien abductions though. Happy early morning running !

I certainly show up being a yellowy/lime sort of colour, that's the jacket not me but it does make sense, especially as the area I live in is still quite rural. I don't think aliens would come for me though, well let's hope not!

Miles Yonder has some wrist bands with flickering lights in! I want some o them! You can get them in colours to match or contrast with your jacket. Then there's head torches in bright snazzy colours too. No wonder us runners are always skint! LOL
