Done! After all the fear and losing my headphones and getting delayed it's now done! I swear I through my arms up when she told me I was finished. The slowest 20 minutes ever, but 20 minutes none the less. So happy!

For anyone who is on week 5 and scared, don't worry, you can do it. You're ready!

Hope so, did W5R2 this morning so it's the 20 mins next and I'm scared, very very scared!

PS I don't think you can be slower than me. I was complaining about the hills (minor bumps in the landscape rather than real hills) and was told to go slower - if I did that I'd be going backwards…

Good luck barefootrunner. I'm sure you will be absolutely fine. Take it steady and remember that your mind can be a liar if it tells you you can't! I had to give mine a good talking to! You can do it :)
