So I got up this morning feeling a little jaded, this is probably because I’m on day 10 of 11 days straight on duty, I pulled on my running gear headed off to the treadmill, finished the run, cooled down and headed to the shower, sorted myself out and happened to be brushing my teeth when I caught sight of myself in the mirror and it just clicked in my head that I’d just run 20 minutes!!!! How on earth did that happen!!! I am soooo bloody happy right now 😀😀😀 me, I ran for 20 whole minutes!! And I did it like it was the most natural thing in the world! Checked the gadgets and found I had done 3.97 km (bit gutted I didn’t break 4Km) and my average pace was 7:47 per km 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Congratulations Richlfb on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 🏃
