So I got up this morning feeling a little jaded, this is probably because I’m on day 10 of 11 days straight on duty, I pulled on my running gear headed off to the treadmill, finished the run, cooled down and headed to the shower, sorted myself out and happened to be brushing my teeth when I caught sight of myself in the mirror and it just clicked in my head that I’d just run 20 minutes!!!! How on earth did that happen!!! I am soooo bloody happy right now 😀😀😀 me, I ran for 20 whole minutes!! And I did it like it was the most natural thing in the world! Checked the gadgets and found I had done 3.97 km (bit gutted I didn’t break 4Km) and my average pace was 7:47 per km 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Thank you, speed isn’t everything I know and I’ve not concentrated on it but I was quite happy with where I’m at 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Well done Richlfb, it's a ace feeling knowing that you've run a whole 20mins mins isn't it!!. I didn't doubt you for a second that you'd smash it !!. With those running bunnies on your side you've got this running lark in the bag 😁👌. Bring on wk6,we can do this 💪✌✌

Honestly mate it was almost underwhelming until I realised what I’d done 🤪🤪

Congratulations Richlfb on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 🏃

Thank you, I have just looked at week 6 and will seem strange to be walking again but gotta trust the program 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Trust the program at all times🏃, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish. 😊 🏃

Thanks Tee I really am so amazed that I did it, this program continues to make me able to do things I never thought I’d do, the main one is actually enjoying running 🤪🤘🤪🤘
