Week 7, you have just been owned...

And so week 7 is laid to rest, you were a challenge I grant you. But I overcame it and did so with confidence. Total distance achieved was 4.26k with the warm up and down so hopefully I will not only get the 30 mins of running but clear the 5k distance as well.

Considering that about 9 weeks ago I weighed in at 22 stone and could hardly run for a minute let alone 25 or cover 4 lk non stop.

Next up, week 8. Be warned, I'm coming for you.

Many thanks peeps. Yep, looking forward to 8 and 9 now where a few weeks ago I was dreading it. Now I know that I can do it there is little excuse. Once I get this done then I can work on 10k and after that, my end goal is to run, lose more weight (just hovering between 16 and 17 stone) and then start weights to gain core and upper body strength. Also starting krav maga in the new year. Happy days.

It would be nice but I'm not counting my chickens yet. Allowing for injury and what not. But the plan is to be done by Xmas, all be it I will still be running in Xmas day :)
