Yes there are negatives but that is not the point, it's about relaxing, having a laugh and enjoying this unquie experience.
i have green socks, I am still pink in places (toes, one hand, wrists and chest). Would I do it again of course!

It was great fun! We had a great time, I was going to post a picture but couldn't get it load a smaller file! It's not everyone cup of tea and not a serious run its a walk or light jog but a great way to start your morning. If only every run was a colourful the world would be so much better!

Wow! What a mess. I'm glad I don't have to do the clean-up afterwards. Great to see so many people enjoying themselves though.

Hope the rest of your training continues to go well - the heat is bearable etc. We're just beginning a very cold snap here - about time really, there's still lots of leaves on lots of trees! Very late for that.

Well i must confess it was more of a happy walk but it was great. In Chile they know how to party. Its so lovely they have such national pride too so every race they chant C, H, I,L,E,CHILE, CHILE, CHILE you just can't help yourself.
