Colour Run Birmingham August 2014

I am in three minds whether of not to sign up for the Colour Run in Birmingham this August. I will be 57 and have never ever run a race since leaving school decades ago. And then I was always tail end Charlie.

I'm in no doubt whatsoever that I shall be entering the Sunderland Colour Run in July when I shall be 67. Just go for it. It looks absolutely MAD!

Good luck and let us know how you get on with it. My OH has serious doubts about the wisdom of it - How on earth do you think will you get home like that on public transport? he says. But I still want to do one of these!

Do it! I really want to do one - I thought I might even be able to persuade some of my non-running friends to give it a go - it looks such fun! Not sure we'll make it this year but maybe next.
