I just happened to catch the coverage on tv this morning and was checking out the website. Before I knew it I had registered and paid for a place next year!! I think it will be good having something to focus on, though I am only just now starting Week 4 of C25k! Oh, well at least I have a whole year to prepare.

Hope its not as hot as this year for you. Pretty mad. People overtaking and cutting across but worth running and managed to high 5 Fabrice Muamba which made my day. Finished in 01:16:14

Did it today, it was brilliant - my first ever 10k and absolutely loved it, despite the heat! And it was great watching the Elite race come back while we were waiting to start
Finished in 1:09:06 and even more pleased that I didn't walk a single step, as I'd never run that distance!

Congrats, it was great wasn't it, a tad warm though. Glad you enjoyed
Congratulation you will easily be ready for next year, just done the race today and I started C25K just under a year ago.
