C25k finally achieved...!

After a few setbacks, a glorious run (not 5k but best yet at 3.7k) for 30 mins and felt great - so incredibly proud of myself for sticking to this programme and grateful to all those who have encouraged and inspired me with their great support, tips and stories - it has all really helped to keep me going through the tough times and dark days and I could not have done it without you! Thanks so much. Not sure how I am going to keep this up 3 times a week though...maybe twice is more realistic and doable for me, but interested in the experiences of others?

Congratulations 🥳

Why do you think 3 times a week is not doable? Have you done it during C25K? If so, what changes now that you can't anymore?

I've been doing 3 x per week (with a few setbacks) throughout the programme - I also do other exercise on the rest days (not running) so I guess I'm just tired and worried about burning out/losing enthusiasm...

Me personally, if I would lower to 2 runs a week, am going to easier find excuses not to go then when I 'force' myself to keep to 3 runs a week. But that is me personally.
