The first five minutes felt a lot harder than the 3 min from last week, but the second time it wasn't too bad. I think it's the first time since 1981 that I actually managed to run for 5 min continuously. I still can't say that i enjoy the running but i like the "having done it" bit

Well done Kristina, I did mine yesterday. I enjoyed it much more because I've finally paced myself properly so wasn't so out of breath. Great feeling having run 16 mins. Feels a lot more than 9
Was expecting my legs to hurt this morning and they don't. I know I've done so etching but my new shoes are definitely helping the shin pain. Bonus!!

Well done to you too, I run along the towpath with a couple of boats moored there and one of the guys actually said "hello again" - he remembered me from last friday I guess, luckily i was in the running phase both times. Almost makes me feel like a regular runner
Well done!I'm doing mine tomorrow..wish me luck...got a terrible cold!
well done keep going
Well done! Did my first week 4 run a few hours ago, and like you say you feel the 5 minutes quite a lot more than the 3 minutes. 2 more runs then week 5, we will be half way through the course.. Great to hear how everyone else is getting on.
Well done! I'm with you on not yet 'enjoying the running', but I am moving on to week 4 next, having slipped to running just twice a week. A quirk on my my phone means that at the end of the the week 3 podcast, Laura carries straight on to week 4, giving a daunting preview of what's coming up next: 5 minutes!! I'd just spent the 3 minutes urging Lauara to hurry up and tell me to walk ... it's going to be a big challenge.
