So I completed week 3 with no issues apart from the dread before each run BUT I’m proud of myself that i got this far completed it.
Now W4R1 - before I started the 5min run It could have been 5hrs, I never thought I could do this but I do believe that each of the previous weeks definitely helped Build up for it. It wasn’t easy and the last min of the last 5min run was really hard. I was going to stop and try another day but I pushed myself and now knackered but over the moon that I actually did it 😀😀😀😀
