I've done it wk 9 run 3 completed

completed wk 9 run 3 yesterday morning Saturday, in sunny Turkey, albiet a week and a half later than anticipated. Biggest problem I seem to have is my breathing, so I intend to work on that over the next couple of weeks as I've been reading some of the recent posts about nose breathing, and I think I will stick with the 30 minute runs too until I get home again and then start the S Murphy 10k programme. Thanks to all here for the advice and encouragement as I never thought I would get this far - But I did. Thanks

  • Well done you! Week 9 seems like a LONG way away at the moment. I'm impressed at how many of you have 'Graduated'. There's hope for me yet!

  • Congratulations

  • I wrote more than that! Where did it go? Anyway. Wow! Well done you. I try nose breathing and have to open my mouth a bit.. End up hissing thru my teeth like Hannibal Lecter! Not pretty! Good luck post grad! :)

  • Congratulations - well done you!

  • Congratulations , I graduated in turkey too , last Monday . Well done & keep up the good work .

  • Congratulations and a massive well done. You should be tightly proud of your achievement. I don't breath in through my nose when running, I find it far too difficult. I just try and breath as naturally as possible and so far it's working. Good luck with your 10k training.

  • Well run you ! Congratulations.

  • Congratulations on your graduation. Well done and good luck with the 10k programme.

  • Excellent work, well done! I find breathing very challenging, its all over the place sometimes. The best times are when I don't think about it. Enjoy your running! x

  • thanks for the posts and encouragement
