completed wk 9 run 3 yesterday morning Saturday, in sunny Turkey, albiet a week and a half later than anticipated. Biggest problem I seem to have is my breathing, so I intend to work on that over the next couple of weeks as I've been reading some of the recent posts about nose breathing, and I think I will stick with the 30 minute runs too until I get home again and then start the S Murphy 10k programme. Thanks to all here for the advice and encouragement as I never thought I would get this far - But I did. Thanks
