I ran so far away... Not really. Managed to leave work early, get back from London and do nearly 6k in 40 mins. A bit of fartleking, walk for 5 mins warm up, run at 6mph for 10 mins, walk for 1 min, run at 6.5mph, walk, run at 7.5mph (woohoo) for 6 mins, walk, run, walk, run walk, walk slowly.
All done nice graph on Garmin connect.
Off for a shower, curry and beer reward.
