I did it!

I've finally completed the programme, running week 9 run 3 today! I did 4.43km, then ran on to 5k. In actual fact it's been five months: I started this in January. I've never run before in my life and was very overweight. I also had a serious bout of illness at the end of January (anaphylaxis, nice ambulance trip to A&E, a few weeks feeling grim) and I took some time out to swan about in Portugal, but at least it's done!

I'm a stone down, I can run 5k, I can run non stop for 35 minutes, and I feel like I've achieved something! I've downloaded a 5 - 10k app, and I'm doing a charity 5k in June.

Really glad I signed up to this programme and had some good support on these forums. I'm very tired, but happy! :)
