Was dreading this week (as previous) because of the step up, but got through okay, and am definitely feeling less out of breath than before. It's working!!

Well I don't really know. I think that the training program just works! In other words your stamina is building each week even though you don't realise it. Good luck, and I bet you surprise yourself!

I am planning my next one on Wednesday evening. I just noticed you are in Cardiff. That's where I was born and spent most of my life! I' m in Barry now.

I'll be doing my #2 on wednesday too. Let me know how it goes. Am turning to peer support to get me through this week! ;-)

Will do. If I had to give one tip, it would be take it as slow as you like. I've been studying other runners recently ad I drive past them, and the noticeable thing for me is none of them actually run very fast at all. Check them out and you'll see what I mean. I tried running 'fast' on my first run outside, and it knackered me!
