Onwards and upwards...

Tonight was my first run of week 4. I was aware as I got ready to go for it that today had been a long and frustrating day at work, that I was tired (the nap before I went told me that), and that I probably hadn't drunk enough fluids during the day. I was also aware of feeling that week 4 was quite a big step up. Nevertheless I went for it, ... and managed it. I had to slow down my pace in the last run due to a stitch in my side but I got there.

Weirdly I suffered from nausea for runs 2 and 3 of week 3 but none of that nonsense today (to be fair the stitch was taking up my attention so maybe I was just too distracted to feel sick!

Regardless, happy days :-)
