Thought I would join the selfie brigade to celebrate getting to the end of the week 6 flunk. I don't know what it was, whether it was coming down from the w5r3 high, things going on in life, or the mix in running patterns, but I didn't particularly enjoy this week. I struggled a bit with the run today as well (w6r3) as I just couldn't seem to find a rhythm but persevered and just kept on going. Here's hoping the fresh start of Week 7 will give me a much needed boost. Just three weeks to go (fingers crossed 🀞)!

Well done you ! And looking like you could do it again πŸ˜‚πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I felt that I had a permanent frown during wk6 😠 don’t know if it was dissatisfaction, worry, concentration or determination πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I think it’s something the β€˜gremlins’ give out as a freebie when you subscribe to them πŸ˜‚

Gone now πŸ‘ΉπŸ₯Š

Here’s hoping wk7 is a good one πŸ‘Œ

Hahaha definitely could not have done it again! Trust me, by the time I get back home into the warm house I look like a beetroot πŸ₯΅. Not only that but someone in their infinite wisdom put the sportsfield on the site of an old quarry so I've got to save some energy in the tank for what I call the Rocky steps to get back to street level! Yes, here's looking to the next stage πŸ™‚

I think a lot of people felt that way about W6 though I enjoyed it for the most part so who knows πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ The important thing is you’ve got the perfect attitude - it’s done and dusted βœ… Bring on Week 7 πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ We’re on the home straight now!

It's funny how week 7 kinda feels like the beginning of the home straight. I'm so pleased you had a better time of it in week 6 as it'll probably set you up nicely for the next stage πŸ™‚. We can certainly do this! Not long left now!

Me? A runner? I would never have thought it. Many strange things have happened since lockdown but my name and 'runner' being used in the same sentence must be up their in the list of strange occurrences πŸ˜‚. Seriously though, that is an uplifting threshold to have passed so thanks for your comment as it me me smile 😁!
