Changed route today to go in reverse and tackle the incline/hill I normally run down after 5 mins warm up walk.
Didn’t quite make it to top without having to stop, hey ho. Ran for about 10 mins before trying another incline. Had to walk right at top when it got steep.
Not bad run and a little different and I’m hoping the ups will help build stamina 🤭

Well done you for not just sticking with a flat route! I hate the hilly bits at the moment (only Wk4) but it's surprising how quickly your body gets used to them. I'm sure you'll be jogging all the way up soon...and I can hopefully use stories like yours to motivate me to do the same in the New Year, once I've graduated! xx
