Not been on for a while, life tended to get in the way, but been out jog/walking when we can. No more hospital appointments for twelve weeks so had a few days away by the Solent. Did a long walk along the beach but hard work as it was all pebbles, did 5.5k. Then went to Portsmouth to go up the Spinnaker tower, so pleased I walked the last two flights to the top ,two years ago I couldn't walk up the stairs in Mark & Spencer. It just shows you are never to old to start the c25k, with doctors ok of course. Back home now so we can get back into our routine . Starting at week 3 again tomorrow. :-) (copied and pasted on c25kers FB)

Well done. Love long seaside walks. They blow away all the cobwebs!

Well done Pat, a very long walk over pebble beach that must have been hard going, you earned a glass of something nice at the end of all that for sure. Take care :)
