1st session done!

I've just finished my first session and I'm proud to say I managed to do all of it without stopping! I have to admit it was a struggle and I was actually saying "no" out loud when Laura was asking are you ready on the last few runs. Thank you to all of you who replied to my 1st post. I think I may have chickened out without you. Now I just have to see if I can keep it up!!

  • Fantastic! The first and most important step is done!

  • Of course you can! Have faith in the program and yourself

    Good luck

  • Wahey Well done ! Yes you can keep it up, you really can . If you don't we will all come round to yours and rattle on your letterbox :-)

That first step off the couch is one of the hardest, and you did it, so give yourself a big pat on the back.

    Keep going ! :-) xxx

  • I would often mutter 'noooo' to Laura, too...amongst other things!! Prepare yourself for the massive grin and the woohoo-ing whilst punching the air - these things creep up on you when you least expect them! Well done on R1...enjoy that R2 :D

  • Well done you. Just take it one run at a time and Laura will get you there.

  • well done :D a good start ,keep going listen to laura she reaqlly doe sknow what she is talking about :D

  • Yea! Go you! You can do this. Well done :-)

  • Well done on starting. That no at the start of a run will turn into a big yes at the end of a run before you know it. Keep going.

  • Hey, well done!

I am with tikiczocky - those big grins and air punches sneak up on you and they are yours for the taking.

If I suffer a bad run I just think about my first run and how hard it was. But the more you run the more you achieve and the better you feel.

Now you have done your first run the only way is up : )

  • Congratulations on your first run. You've done the hardest bit - getting out there. Keep coming here and letting us know how you're doing we are very interested in everyone's journey. Good luck for the next run.

  • Laura really doesn't seem to mind being shouted at.....congratulations on the run, keep it up x
