I have to say after completingy very first park run and after not running for 30 years I was truly elated to finish it without stopping.
Thank atmosphere and community spirit was amazing and I can now see why this could become addictive.
Admittedly I did find it hard and it was probably due to the fact it was my faster pace and time to complete 5k.
I do hope I can stay motivated to do many more runs.
Thanks to all for your responses and support during my C25K. I struggled to run 60 secs when I started this course 10 weeks ago. Stick with and with determination you can do it.
Good luck all!
