Week 2 completed! Getting easier!!

Hey just thought i would say i am getting on good with this, im only on week 2 but it is going well, i think!! :) worked out im running and walking for combined 2.5 miles at the mo! and on the rest days im either swimming or walking the same route, have found myself running further today on run 3, had to walk a bit further on the cool down lol!! overall am happy, weight has stayed same but im being good, might be loading to much water during the day, (about 3-4 litres!) am going to cut that back, just didnt want cramps!!

I know its going to get tougher as the weather gets worse but i am genuinely looking forward to the runs, which has not happened to me ever!! well see if that stays the same!! :P

will keep writing more as i go along :)

Well done..interested that you swam the same route lol!! There is something invigorating about running in the rain and wind and rewarding.It's the cold that gets to me...

Wow congrats on finishing. Yeah it will definitely be a challenge later on but well worth it. As long as we don't give up and use this forum as motivation :) Good luck on your next run!

I'm just starting week 2 and feel the same, am enjoying the runs (once I've managed to get out the door!!) and have just ordered a few running tops on Karrimor (great sale on just now!) to keep my arms warmer when running (tis cold in Glasgow!). Good luck with the rest of the programme, keep at it...! :) Keep us up to date with your progress!
