Hey just thought i would say i am getting on good with this, im only on week 2 but it is going well, i think!! worked out im running and walking for combined 2.5 miles at the mo! and on the rest days im either swimming or walking the same route, have found myself running further today on run 3, had to walk a bit further on the cool down lol!! overall am happy, weight has stayed same but im being good, might be loading to much water during the day, (about 3-4 litres!) am going to cut that back, just didnt want cramps!!
I know its going to get tougher as the weather gets worse but i am genuinely looking forward to the runs, which has not happened to me ever!! well see if that stays the same!!
