Finally W6R3

Hello every body, I´ve just posted once before here, back in April, during my first week of the program. Back then I managed to run up until week 7 run 2, but then I sprained an ankle, then I got a cold that lasted for almost two months along with school vacation for the summer, it made it difficult to keep running. Two weeks ago I started again but this time in week 5 and today I have run W6R3. I´m a runner again, and not matter how many times I hear Laura saying it, it makes me feel very proud of my self.

THANK YOU TO EVERY BODY FOR SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCES, IT MAKES RUNNING SO MUCH EASIER.

Well that's just brilliant! You are indeed officially a runner, and even more so for overcoming all those obstacles and getting back to it.
