No going back now

After much help from you lovely folks on here I went and got fitted for some running trainers. (Such pretty ones too)

Saturday morning I laced them up and set off, walking and running, running and walking, running and walking. Enjoyed it and didn't die.

Sunday morning I laced them up and set off and the same as above BUT managed a little more running than walking.

Got back, sweaty, shaking slightly but feeling ALIVE and invigorated.

Now I know I can do it Im starting my c25k app.
