Took my dicky toe out this morning. It grumbled a bit with my trainers laced up as normal, so I loosened the top part of the laces to give it more space. Needy toe. 🙄
I only intended to go for a tiny joglet, but running felt no more uncomfortable than walking - less so actually, so I thought I’d do about 2k then call it quits.
So obviously I ignored myself and I did 4k! 😅 My best 4k yet! ‘Long’ run in the week, 5.5k, then parkrun next Saturday. Oh I love running! 😀
I laugh in the face of dicky toes! 😀
