Take 2

I graduated back in 2018 and was running regularly, 2019 was a bit on and off - until October since when it has been OFF!

Saturday I laced up my shoes, got back on the treadmill and started C25K again. I will plan to get back outside once the lighter nights arrive.

I was surprised that as well as your fitness declining, the gremlins make a return appearance- thought I’d got rid of them more or less. At least I’m still a bit fitter than when I started the first time!

Posting this here so it’s ‘real’ and to motivate me to continue!

Thank you! At least I know I can do it - I was quite evangelical about the plan last time around as I was absolutely amazed with each week that I was able to up my game.

Welcome back from one returnee to another. Though I have had a three year break! So it has been like starting over. You'll soon nail those gremlins.

Thank you! Hope so - glad I didn’t try to slip in half way!

I always find it inspirational to read posts from those coming back to c25k for what ever reason. Looking forward to you posting your progress and beating those gremlins😈 👹👿. Good luck!

Well done Crittermad for getting on the treadmill and starting again!👍 I’m sure you’ll find the same great support here as you did last time🙂

Sometimes life gets in the way of what we want to do, so just accept that and get out there!😊 I’m recovering from a niggling injury which is frustrating but I’m getting back to it, slowly and surely. We just have to take it slowly and not expect too much to start off with. Very best of luck!🙂👍🤞

Thanks! I over think and procrastinate too much, I just need to get the trainers on and do it! Your support has been integral to me keeping going so long! - and all our 2018 virtual club - thank you 🙏
