thanks irish I am very proud , i am amazed at myself as much as anything , i looked at week6 before ,i wont breaking any records,slow and steady everytime its worked upto now

Bring on week 6!!! I looked at W6R1 which has 3 separate runs (2x5 + 1x8) ... doesn't feel too bad after W5R3. Hope you now have a relaxing weekend.

Thanks Ej a big step for me This program really does work I know i cannot undo all those years of smoking and putting gawd knows what into me but I am dam sure i will live the rest of my life as hea;thy and as fit as i can be Part of the inspiration for doing this was seeing an older man,i guessed about 80 still running :D, so i said if he can do it that so can I !
Well done you, I have my w5 r3 today just trying to decide if it will be road or treadmill (as this will be my first time outside In 3 weeks ) will have to ask mr flump his preference .....
