Just done the 3 week 3 runs. Have put them all on Map my run and the week 3 runs cover less distance than week 2. Is this ok ?? Do I build up the distance part of it later on ?

Just concentrate on doing the runs, it doesn't matter what distance you're covering. Once you've completed the programme you can think about increasing distance and/or speed. It's about getting you running comfortably for 30 minutes without injuring yourself, so just take it easy and enjoy!

Hi Girlyswot. I was as confused as you with this one but when I totted up the minutes on the podcast it's actually shorter than weeks 1 & 2. I was putting it down to my knee playing up. But I'm not even convinced that the 5 min warm up walk at the start is actually 5 mins? The reason being is that I am usually very near or at the post box by the end of that and for the first two runs I'm nowhere near it! Have yet to do r3 but because of aforementioned knee I've been taking 2 days in between each run.

So... in answer to your question... you did good :) Well done!
