Hip pain - C25K week 4

Hi all,

Really enjoying the couch to 5k programme - never done running before and quite unfit!

Was going well until week 4 day 1 on Monday managed it but now have pain in my right hip. Feels a bit like a bruise worse after sitting down for a bit and going up stairs. Had it for 2 days now.... Want it to go so can continue programme any ideas!? Thanks :-)

Em, does the pain continue down into your upper leg?


Not really it's really sore to lie on that side. X


Can you be a bit more specific about exactly where the pain is?
