Well done! I like the fact that you took your mum along. It's so lovely having someone to run with. Will she carry on with the programme too?
Yea, it really helps me to get the kit on and start which for me is the most challenging bit!
She does intend to, although she's taking it at her own pace - week 2 twice more, then week 3, then "we'll see". But she's definitely improving her fitness, so I'm proud of her
