So it turns out my dogs ain't as fit as i thought! Trailing behind tongue lolling (the dog not me) i had to practically jog on the spot for one of em to keep up!

The funny thing is i started training so i could do a good run with my pack.... lol turns out they need c25k too!

I did an extra mile on the same route just fannying about after the pups at various intervals!

Still 3hrs later and they are in a happy slumber! (Lazy!)

Lol and it's tagged "tongue"!

What's wrong with a lolling tongue and rolling eyes? Thought it was normal near the end of a run? Tis for me any way, but not, annoyingly, the dogs. I am ready to lie down on the doorstep waiting for O2 mask and cuppa while they both look fresh and ready to go again. But, ha ha, DH is starting to run again and they will be going out again later Mwah hah hah.

Ah dogs lagging behind, oh how I wish! Mine look bored and practically have a little kip as the wait for me to catch up :) Enjoy the rest of your C25K journey.

A tired dog is a good dog! The only time my Jack Russell behaved was when he was exhausted. I wish I was running with him now bless him. I would say he went to heaven but I think he went to the other place

My scottie got fitter as I did- we both have short legs and a bit more than we should around the middle, although my legs aren't as hairy as hers :-)
