Day 2 complete, equalling my previous 2 attempts at this plan. My left knee didn't enjoy it but I'm not in any discomfort now I've stopped.

Now I'm looking forward to breaking through the wall that is day 3!!!!

Well done. You have to start somewhere. You'll be a graduate in no time.

Wow you're organised aren't you? Got your GPS going already lol!" Well done on starting the programme, you'll be amazed at how time flies and you'll be doing your graduation run before you know it

Congrats. Keep it up and if the knee hurts then try slowing up a little.

You are probably starting C25k at the most challenging time of year......as the days shorten and the temperature drops, but we are here to cheer you on, so keep posting and we will get you to the finish line this time.

Good luck.
