Blinking typical, due to start wk3 today and woken up feeling pretty rough! Was going to ignore it, but decided an extra day's rest won't hurt.... Need to hide the comfort food!!

Yeah have a days rest and see how you feel. Running while poorly is not a good idea.

Oh dear Do look after yourself, an extra days rest might mean all the difference for a speedy recovery. It can just be so frustrating but you will be back out running soon. Take care
