Itching to run, but sore throat and swollen glands!

Blinking typical, due to start wk3 today and woken up feeling pretty rough! Was going to ignore it, but decided an extra day's rest won't hurt.... Need to hide the comfort food!!

Yeah have a days rest and see how you feel. Running while poorly is not a good idea.

Oh dear :( Do look after yourself, an extra days rest might mean all the difference for a speedy recovery. It can just be so frustrating but you will be back out running soon. Take care :)

Thanks all, loads of tea and smarties cookies, plus other half doing the washing whilst I put my feet up :) do you think I could make this last ....... Problem is, I'll = no run! whilst run = doing everything
