Yep. Next up is Stepping Stones podcasts downloadable from here

3 podcasts, Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed. You can do them in any order you like but I did them in the order I gave you. They are really useful and I still use them a lot

After that you can try for Bridge to 10 k. There is a podcast here with Sami Murphy. It's only five weeks, which is a bit tough. I got stuck on week 4 but repeated it til I was ready for week 5. I loved the music!!!! It was made for inspiring us runners! Week 1 podcast is a bit faulty but don't let that put you off, it gets better by week 2

The direction you run in really depends on whether you want to keep going or not. Some folks run to be healthy and keep their weight down, as do I, and others like to race and have a more competitive element to the running, as do I. I can't stop now I've started!

Good luck with it

Congratulations on the graduation, I would agree with miss w. And try the stepping stones podcasts and build up slowly.

Well done. Recommend Going for parkrun as a first step. Fun and friendly every week.

Congratulations. I've decided to just keep running regularly, without any fixed goals for now. I did the 9 weeks in order to do a fun run for charity. Now that's done I want to just run for myself, just for fun, for a couple of months till running is just something I do. Not with a goal in mind.

Congratulations on your graduation. Well done :) Why not sign up for Parkrun and spend a couple of weeks consolidating your achievements so far? The stepping stone podcasts would be an excellent choice as well. Lots of people sign up for a race/ fun too, to keep the motivation going. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

Congrats on your graduation, well done! There's lots of good advice here, I've made a note of all of it, I graduated a couple of weeks ago, for the moment I'm just running for me, doing what I feel like, but I'm sure soon I will want to take it further, so I'll be doing all of these. Let us know how you get on.

Congratulations on graduating, well done. I graduated last week and although had been looking forward to running to my own music, I was surprised to find I missed Laura's motivational time checks. Having read the advice here I think I'm going to give stepping stones a try. Good luck for your future running whatever you decide.

Congratulations on your graduation! I need something to work towards so my sister has encouraged me to join her on park runs! Lots of people on here recommend them too.

Well done on graduating. Don't forget to ask for your badge.

And it does not matter what you do now...as long as you keep running!
