So I did my last run of couch25k this morning .. I’m still shuffle along slowly and still don’t see myself as a natural runner, but am also addicted and determined determined to keep going and want a new structure to follow, any suggestions welcome ??????
.. ( I’m not interested in 10k , just maintaining 30 minutes 3 times a week and getting stronger at that .. and maybe looking at distance.. and reaching an actual 5k

( note to asthma sufferers:
To think I needed my asthma inhaler after running weeks one and two , and I now run thirty minutes with no shortness of breath .. really found running has made my lungs stronger , .. and just wanted to share that)
