I'm laying in bed feeling sorry for myself aching, dizzy and wondering if my body will be up for W4 R1 tomorrow, after a night of being sick and diarrhoea. I'm drinking plenty of water, well a touch of flavoured water, hopefully flushing out whatever infection I have. Boooohooo ;-(
I really don't want to have a week off? Any advice anyone?

Please don't rush into it if you are unwell. Only you will know of course but you will be weak and may need some time to recover. Take care of yourself
If you are being sick and have diarrhea do not even consider going for a run. One set of runs at a time is more than enough. You will do yourself no favours at all and hinder your recovery from illness and your running progress. There is no need to be in a race to complete C25k, especially at the expense of your health.
Oh Bee, what a palaver ! I really hope you feel better soon, hey, I just thought I could take your trainers out for a test run, you know , those lovely spanking new shooos you have, just my size n'all
Aw B, don't rush back too soon, you need a bit of rest to get over this , take care xxx
Oh you poor sausage! Don't even consider running tomorrow. Give yourself at least 72 hours to get over it. Your fitness won't disappear overnight, I promise.
I have to agree with every one else, take it easy and get your full health back. A few days away will not cost you anything in terms of fitness but going out whilst still peaky could make you a lot worse.
Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. It sounds like you're hydrating as you should, but do also make sure you do also eat something, like some rice or dry bread. You don't need much to eat, but it is best to get a little something solid in the stomach.
Thank you miss wobble, yesterday I could not move well only to the loo and back. Today I can lift my head off the pillow, so today I will rest and try and eat a little something and hopefully tomorrow I will run W4 R1
