Sick bed to couch

Hope you are feeling better today Belinda....I am sitting here in my running kit trying to persuade myself to go and get on the treadmill. Definitely not going outside today - the weather is hideous!
I'm feeling a lot better today, I have managed to get out of bed onto the couch. I am also eating little but often and managed to keep it down. The weather is rubbish here too. I really must invest in a treadmill for these rubbish days and winter months. Good luck with W4 R1 let me know how it goes
I am jolly glad that I have the treadmill today - no way was I going outside! Make sure you feel completely right - there is quite a bit more running in Week 4 - it is doable though.

Hope it goes well and you feel better soon

Hope you feel better very soon Belinda xx

Awe thank you teabreaks

Hope you feel better soon - but do be careful because these lurgies can take a lot more out of you than you might think. Why not try a brisk half hour walk tomorrow and if that's all good then do your next run the next day. There's no rush.

Thank you, Yes I will have to do a walk tomorrow if I still feel sluggish. I've rested again all day today so hopefully I wil be back to my old self soon
