A graduate ;-) loving my running, happy days! I seam to be covering about 4 - 4 1\2miles and in good time as well. So Im happy with that ;-) been doing the c25k+ & this is my first post for a few weeks. Not enough hours in the day at the moment. But still been running regular. So that's the main thing!

Know what you mean about not enough hours in the day but at least you are finding time to run which is the main thing :)

Well done John. It's great isn't it this running lark. Keep up the good work. You'll be amazed at just how addictive it gets. Be careful though, don't overdo it!

Great that you have found the motivation to keep going- well done. Have you signed up for a Parkrun yet? They are great fun and will keep you challenged.
