Running club

I tried running with my local club this week. It went very well, they were well organised, friendly and encouraging. Think I will join as always running on my own from home is getting a bit samey. I wouldn't have had the confidence to try a club session without doing this programme first.

Oh well done Wills. I reckon that's a great idea and I bet your running will improve no end

I shall be rejoining mine soon, I hope

Thank you miss w. What I would really like to be able to do is fell running but I fear that is more of a "blue dot" goal.

Sounds like a great bunch . I'm sure you'll enjoy the chat with the other runners and pick up lots of tips . It's nice to run by yourself and it's nice to run with others . Have fun
