This morning at 6am I ran my graduation run in beautiful sunshine. It has been an amazing journey full of joyful runs and a few not quite so joyful runs that I just got through :) . Thank you to everyone on this forum for their support, humour and jois de vivre.

Yay Rigsby , Congratulations on your Graduation , it certainly is an amazing feeling , for sure.

Who would have thought from that first few steps , that nine weeks later we would be able to run for 30 minutes non stop ? You are a runner ! :-)

Enjoy your Graduation Day and all the very best for your future running adventures :-) xxx

Thank you, It is a great feeling of achievement. I didn't want to make too much of it as my husband started at the same time but has suffered calf strain problems for a few weeks and has just restarted. He is on w2 and I didn't want to go on about graduating under the circumstances. He however has been a complete star and we are having a celebration BBQ on the beach and he has surprisedme with a garmin 10 as a graduation present
