This is the first time I’ve posted on this forum but I read all of your advice and your personal experiences each day . Thank you for all the inspiration you have provided to me and I’m sure to many other non posters .
I’m delighted to have completed the program and can honestly say I’ve loved it - for anyone reading the forum and considering whether to start C25K I’d strongly urge you to get your trainers on and give it a go , you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve .
Personally , I’ve had to start weeks 5 and 9 again after failing to complete the runs but I finally got there and completed x 3 30 minute runs this week , the final one being today .
Best wishes to all in achieving your goals .
On to consolidation 🏃♀️......

Massive congratulations to you!! I'm currently feeling a bit disheartened from my w3r2 run which I found quite difficult yesterday but this post has given me the motivation to keep going!

Many congratulations on your graduation and well done for sticking with it, even though you had a few ‘practice runs’ on weeks 5 and 9 😉. We don’t like to use that ‘f’ word in here!
Congratulations to you Mark1875 on graduating from C25K, well done, you must feel very proud of yourself, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement 🏃🏾 👍 🎓
