Evening all - well, 9 weeks and 27 runs Ago I was considering giving C25K a bash Did my graduation run at Park Run this morning - 4th PR and 3rd PB then went to NEC to see number 2 daughter (soon to be 11) model her own designs on the cat walk looking tall, confident and utterly at home Plans now - 1 day speed, want to get 5k sub 30, 1 day distance - want to build to 10K and, 1 day Park Run Happy running
